Venue Rental Performance Rate

per day, not to exceed three hours

Performance Rate includes one technical person, one custodial person, and one management/staff person. Also includes stage lighting that creates a general wash of the stage, and use of the basic sound system with one microphone. If a specific lighting plot is to be hung the State Theatre must have it 30 days prior to the scheduled performance. An additional fee applies $100.00. For each hour over the three-hour period an additional fee applies. $100.00

Two performances on the same day:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $1,200.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday $1,800.00

Rehearsal

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $200.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday $300.00
per day, per four hour period.

Rehearsal rate includes the same staff, lighting and sound as basic performance rate. For each hour over the four hour period $50.00. The State Theatre management reserves the right to reschedule the scheduled rehearsal by giving a 30 day notice.

Security (required)

Two uniformed officers at $20.00 an hour, four hour minimum. $160.00

Load In/Out

Load in/out between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Technical or custodial personnel needed to assist with load in/out billed at prevailing rates. TBD

Load in/out between the hours of 6:00 PM and Midnight Monday through Friday plus the technical or custodial personnel needed to assist with load in/out billed at prevailing rate. TBD

Load in/out Saturday and Sunday plus technical or custodial personnel needed to assist with load in/out billed at prevailing rate. TBD

PLEASE NOTE: Crew requirements concerning load-in/out, rehearsals, and technical sessions will be jointly determined by the State Theatre Technical Director via discussions with the user based upon the technical needs of the production. The final crew requirements will be established by the Technical Director.

Staffing

If the State Theatre is expected to print, and sell tickets, and handle the end of performance box office close-out an additional fee applies. $150.00

Housekeeping

Management provides housekeeping for routine use of the State Theatre. At the end of the performance and upon determination of the theatre an additional fee for all extraordinary cleaning services in all areas used by users personnel and performers applies. $50.00

Lighting System

Two standard spot lights per performance. Includes two operators. $50.00 per operator

Sound

Use of Steinway grand piano tuning included. $150.00
Additional microphones (each) $5.00
The theatre does not own wireless microphones,however, they can be rented through the theatre. User will be billed. TBD

CD Player, Cassette Deck, Clear Com System are available at no additional expense.
When requested in a timely manner, every effort will be made to issue cost estimates based on information provided to the State Theatre.
