Assissted Listening  Devices are now available through a grant from the Dee Delaney Arts Accessibility Fund.  Ask for one at the concession stand at a performance.  Limited quantity availalble. For use with hearing aid or without.

The State Theatre has a variety of accessible seating for wheelchair patrons and their companions. These seats are listed below. Patrons should call the State Theatre box office to purchase these tickets.

Orchestra Right Front Row A Seats 1-5*

Orchestra Left Front Row A Seats 1-5 *

Orchestra Right Center Row P Seats 1-8*

Orchestra Left Center Row P Seats 1-8*

*Restrictions apply Wheelchairs with a height of forty-nine or more inches may not be seated in this row. The width of the wheelchair can not exceed three feet, ten inches wide in this row. Patrons ordering seats in this row may be asked to certify that the wheelchair does not exceed these requirements.

Transferable Seats

The following seats are aisle seats available in the orchestra area, with hinged side arm rests that allow the patron to easily transfer from the wheelchair into the theatre seat. These seats are sold with one companion seat next to the transferable seat. Patrons should call the Theatre Box Office to request transferable seats.

Restrooms

The wheelchair accessible restroom is located in the Main Lobby.

Accessible Parking

The parking garage behind the State Theatre is handicapped accessible. Two spaces are marked on Gallatin Avenue as State Theatre permit handicapped parking. These spaces are available to our patron with the proper hanging tag or license plate.
